EU training courses

Erasmus +

Our five-day EU training course is built around the Cultural-Pedagogy Triangle Process (CPTP), a conceptual framework based on three interconnected axes: participation, dialogue, and social change. Through workshops in interactive theatre, interactive design theatre, and interactive scriptwriting, participants develop practical tools for collaborative learning and creative engagement.

The training is delivered by our experienced trainers and theatre professionals, focusing on participation, inclusion, and lasting impact.

Why do European partners choose the Cultural-Pedagogy Triangle Process as part of Erasmus+ projects?

CPTP helps participants to:

  • Develop pedagogical, social, and intercultural competences.
  • Strengthen their capacity to apply inclusive and participatory approaches.
  • Reflect on their professional practice in a European context.

CPTP is particularly well suited for:

  • The co-creation of pedagogical methods and learning resources.
  • Pilot projects and joint training programmes.
  • Initiatives promoting inclusion, active citizenship, and social cohesion.

CPTP enables:

  • Cost-effective pilot projects with limited resources.
  • Flexible adaptation to local needs and target groups.
  • A clear alignment between activities, learning objectives, and expected outcomes.
